Title: Wire Event Data Into the Server

Description: Once the dummy data is loaded into the server, contact the API to load everything in. The client will access an /events endpoint to pull all the events for the user that just authenticated, /projects/<projectname>/events to access all the events for a project, and /user/<user_id>/events to access all the events for a given user.
