Package Publishing Fails

It looks like after an attempt to thin this repo in 9614b08, that publishing of new debs isn't working (latest run: https://github.com/Ombi-app/Ombi.Apt/actions/runs/1843780013)

Looking at the error, it seems like the aptly DB still lists old releases (the error is looking for 4.4.0) which no longer have the build .deb files. Looks like the aptly DB needs to be cleaned up and brought back in sync with the available .deb files in the repo.
