If you hover over a region with coasts (Bulgaria, Spain or St Petersburg) then quickly move your mouse away, the region sometimes remains in its hover colour state.

I investigated this a while ago and found it was linked to this bug in React: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63222336/react-onmouseenter-and-onmouseleave-not-behaving-consistently
