The permalink points to the special version in the page history of a page. Instead it should produce a bit of markup which can be used in citation.

@PatZim Could you get in touch with @janrudolf, @olaf-jan and/or @wtlx and ask for a template for citation?

We assume, that the citation should be possible for visitors, too.
