Flickr8k link is broken #31

The README.md in Arabic-Image-Captioning/data/ says to download the flickr8k image dataset from http://nlp.cs.illinois.edu/HockenmaierGroup/Framing_Image_Description/Flickr8k_Dataset.zip, but the link seems broken? Can I find this dataset anywhere else? Thanks.
