Lincoln County, Washington is missing

Brief Description

In trying to create a filter for changesets within Lincoln County, WA, the county is not listed

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

I'm updating the road network and want to watch the area to insure that it remains correct.

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

The county is not listed.

What is the expected behaviour ?

The county would be listed

When does this occur ?

every time

How do we replicate the issue ?

1. create a new filter
2. location - county - name lincoln county, Washington

Is it properly mapped and tagged in OSM?

As far as I can see, Lincoln County is properly mapped. See https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/1153068. It contains type=boundary, boundary= administrative, admin_level=6, and name=Lincoln County. The last edit to the relation was 3 years ago.
