Incorrect location map when switching saved filters #698

I'm submitting a bug report

Brief Description

When switching between filters the wrong location is shown (previous filter is shown)

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

When using saved filters the incorrect location map is shown. The location of the previous filter is shown.

What is the expected behaviour ?

Expectation is the map shows the correct location for the filter

When does this occur ?

Every time filters are changed it shows the previous filter location

How do we replicate the issue ?

Create three filters by countries (Australia, Timor Leste, Spain)
Exit OSMCHA
Open OSMCHA
Select first saved filter, Australia - Location map is blank
Select second saved filter, Timor Leste - Location map shows Australia
Select third saved filter, Spain - Location map shows Timor Leste
