The system allows for the automation of role assignments based on job functions.
Administrators can add and customize specific Kitos roles during the hiring process.
The system includes the following roles: Organisationsadministrator: View and write access at the organizational level. Systemadministrator: Full system access for configuration and maintenance. Kontraktadministrator: Manage contracts and data processing. Lokal Admin: Local administrative access for specific departments or regions.
The system ensures that the correct roles are assigned to new employees automatically based on their job function.

Currently there excist one job function role in FK Administration, which is "Kitos-Kigge-Adgang", that grant users reading access to Kitos. Municipalities request more roles in FK Administration, so that a user can be assigned the current viewing access to Kitos + WRITE access at administration level.
The Kitos system includes the following administrator roles:
Organisationsadministrator: View and write access in the Organisation (organizational) module.
Systemadministrator: View and write access in the system module.
Kontraktadministrator: View and write access in the kontrakt (contract) and databehandler (data processor) module.
Lokal Admin: Highest level for municipalities - view and writing acess to the full system + system settings and user management.
