Create deployment code

Create a deployment method for the needed containers, and commit it as code to a deployment repo or as a folder in the projects..

Lets discuss pros and cons of different deployment metods for the containers...

Scalability? Statelessness? Cross-infrastructure deployments?

What toolstack?

Podman? K8s? Docker-swarm? Ansible-pull?

This issue should be handled by a devops team with solid container deployment experience...

Initial work is available in the (now sadly) long running branch #18.

This work should be moved out of the issue-tracker repo and be placed in its own deployment-template repo.
