• When you estimate "Efficiency at Average Load" it is put in the form as a fraction instead of a percent
• Current at Load is just not estimating with no notification as to why
• are the (?) supposed to have hover text? I'm not seeing it
• Power Factor at Load estimation is returning zero
• Efficiency at Average Load help text: "Line Frequency" in the text is red

Bit of a circular issue going on here. Incorrectly estimated efficiency vals made power factor estimation wild. Estimed efficiency itself had lacking suite doc which made input formatting (and debugging) confusing. Including notes with issues in red. Going to add documentation in #742

Added a bunch of name changes to make percent vs decimal more clear
The question marks implemented here don't have hover info, they are only being used to change the helpfield in the panel
