Home Button Functionality

The expected behavior of the 'Home' button is to reset to the extents of the plotted series. There are several cases where the 'Home' button does not perform this task - it reverts to a previous plot range or it does not actually show the selected series.

Per our meeting: Create a custom home button that will always calculate the current x and y extents and zoom to them.
