sale_manual_delivery whole sale order line highlighted when not all products are delivered

Is your feature request related to a problem?
There is an OCA module named purchase_manual_delivery that has the same purpose as sale_manual_delivery just for purchase orders. However, the sale order lines are highlighted differently than purchase order lines when not all products / quantities are delivered. It is confusing and not consistent that the same functionality looks different (when both modules are from the OCA).

Left is the module purchase_manual_delivery and on the right sale_manual_delivery

Additionally, sometimes it is hard to see what sale order lines are not completely delivered because the blue highlighting is not visible or barely visible due to screen size. The lines in the screenshot below are not completely delivered but it is not visible without scrolling to the side.

Highlight the whole sale order line blue not just some specific fields.
