I want the monitoring I previously built here for this server.

Both Minecraft metrics like player count as well as JVM RAM usage and GC and what not.

https://github.com/itzg/docker-minecraft-server#other-server-property-mappings ENABLE_JMX and enable-jmx-monitoring in server.properties.
