The Chinese example seems to translate as "example" and "china".
I'm not sure what the Arabic example says, but guessing it is similar? Would be good to check.

@earth2marsh to close the loop on this, I finally remembered that I got the Arabic one from https://www.w3.org/International/iri-edit/BidiExamples so I rather assume it's innocuous. Dumping the components into Google Translate got all sorts of weirndess as it guessed different langauges for each. I think I made the Chinese one by putting "example" and "China" into Google translate.
