Nuget.exe Pack Exit Code 10

Hello! I want to understand what an exit code 10 means. This is what I'm error MSB3073: The command "F:\x\NuGet.exe pack "F:\x\Deployment\PATRequester\src\PATRequester.nuspec" -Properties "PackageName=x -OutputDirectory "F:\x\target\distrib\retail\amd64\nuget" -BasePath "F:\x\target\distrib\retail\amd64\Deployment\PATRequester" -Version "x" -NoDefaultExcludes -NonInteractive -NoPackageAnalysis -OutputFileNamesWithoutVersion" exited with code 10. I've tried looking it up but I find no helpful answers. Thank you!
