Enable users to change their password

Add the option to change your password to the configuration screen.

There is currently no REST endpoint that enables this. Something for a later StreamingBandit version? Maybe together with a basic user management UI for the admin user?

Yay; I think we should defer making user management stuff till after we are properly done with the paper….
