Add Milestones to the API

I'd specifically want access to the milestone xp stat, but the other info of which specific milestone lvl you are on could also be useful.
after maxing milestones you just cant see the number anymore, but its still being tracked, and its a neat number to see how much you've interacted with the assembler/quests
