had to manually install west after macos toolchain install #43

After using the Toolchain Manager in MacOS to install the toolchain, I was getting a failure to find west on opening NRF Connect SDK projects in Segger. I used pip3 install west, and after this I was able to open projects. I'm using MacOS Catalina, nRF Connect Desktop v3.4.0, Toolchain Manager v0.6.0, and nRF Connect SDK v1.3.0-rc1.
