SwiftCBOR package is currently linked to https://github.com/unrelentingtech/SwiftCBOR.git,
however it redirects to https://github.com/valpackett/SwiftCBOR.
In future SPM version this will raise an error, at least if SwiftCBOR is also included in the project at the valpackkett url.
Please update the url to current location.
