DFU failed with HTC 10 phone and Nrf connect

Hi Great Nordic Support Team:

SDK version: SDK 17.0.2
Bonding used: no
Library version: (Nrf connect APP Version) 4.24.3

Device information (please complete the following information):
Device: HTC 10 evo
OS: Android 7

Your question
We could not perform DFU through the device info described above.
But with other mobile phone, the same environment, we could perform DFU properly.
Is there any related information you provide to us for further debug?
