This app can't run on my pc?

Whenever I download the installer I open it and it gives the pop up: "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." I'm running it on Windows 11.

After I click off the pop up the app disappears? It isnt where it was when I installed it and it doesnt go to my recycle bin. I've tried installing it in various places and none of them have worked.
