Can not create merchant account. How can I earn money with the app? what is the proccess of enabling merchant account creation for pecific countries? Will the app get removed if I recreate another account with a help of a friend abroad?

Thanks for contacting Google Play Developer Support.

I'm sorry you weren't able to set up a Google Payments Merchant account in Georgia. While the list of countries supported for Google Payments Merchant accounts is expanding, not all countries are supported at this time.

You can find the latest list of Google Payments Merchant-eligible countries on our help center.

If you're legally able to do business in one of the supported countries listed and you meet the Google Payments Terms of Service requirements for that country, you can register for a Google Payments Merchant account in that country. You can review terms of service by country in the Google Merchant Center Help Center.

Before you can register for a Merchant account in a different country, you'll need to update your Google Payments account with your new legal address. Please note that you can only change your Google Payments address if you don't have a Google Payments or Google Play balance.

Here's how:

Sign in to [pay.google.com](https://pay.google.com/)
On the left menu, select "Settings."
Next to Name and address, click the pencil icon to edit.
Type your address.
At the bottom of the page, click Save.

For any other questions about Google Payments, you can contact the Payments team using the Payments Center Help for Merchants.

For your last question, unfortunately I'm not able to comment on your planned implementation.

I guess we dont need a new account, we can ask someone for help and register in their country
