Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, if you create a nested set of apps in the flake schema, nix run will not permit it, it will fail with error: not an app definition.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like apps to be able to be nested.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not nesting the sets of apps I want to provide as part of a flake, but instead separating them with a hyphen, app-1-set1 app-2-set1.
