Instruct user that using GnuPG and Nitrokey App in parallel can make the device not responding anymore until its reinsertion to the USB slot. This is a known problem, which should be brought to wider attention.
Affected: Nitrokey Pro, Nitrokey Storage

Hi! Thank you for resolving this, but I thought about more visible place, like the main page of the given product, or associated service setup. I am not sure FAQ is read as a guide, until it is very much needed. What's your opinion?

Ok ok, no problem, will reopen this, we'll think of a more exposed place for all products to present such information.

Can we please fix this properly instead of fudging it with documentation and shifting blame to the user and upstream consumers? Replugging a physical devices is completely unautomatable.

The underlying issue will never get addressed if every user-opened problem report is redirected to a piece of documentation saying "this is a known problem", go work around it. This is how bug-laden enterprise-style software comes into being. You are inflicting this pain to every user and every one building on top. Nitrokey GmbH and Nitrokey GmbH alone are the only ones in a position to fix it. Please, go do so.
