Explorer: action history shows max 100 actions

Workflow instance page, Action history shows max 100 newest actions and numbers them from 1 to 100 even when there are more than 100 actions.

It should support fetching all the actions or paging to fetch them all. Also numbering actions is misleading currently.

I vote for removing the misleading numbering only for now.

Fetching more or all actions could be done as REST API already supports it, but seems to be needed pretty rare use case, so not sure if it is worth it.

Server side paging is not supported by REST API at the moment. On client side it could be implemented, but again not sure if it is really needed.
