[FEATURE] Move modelling_llama_skip to sparse transformers package

**Describe the feature request**
Currently the project builds operators as package while the src directory consumes package to define modelling classes for models.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The source directory should be exposed within sparse_transformers package making importing the sparse models easier.

**Additional context**
`run_benchmark.py` exposes the package APIs
