Add Leap Wallet Guide to Nillion Docs

Based on the discussion in GitHub Discussions #127, Leap Wallet is a supported Nillion wallet, but we currently lack a specific guide for Leap. Write a "How to Create a Nillion Wallet and Connect to the Nillion Testnet" for the Leap Wallet.

What to Do:

1. Update the “How to Create a Nillion Wallet and Connect to the Nillion Testnet” section to use Tabs, an existing component used on other pages. Link: Create a Nillion Wallet Guide
2. Add a tab for Keplr Wallet and another for Leap Wallet.
   • Populate the Keplr tab with the existing content.
   • Create new content explaining how to create a Nillion Wallet in Leap and add it to the Leap tab.
