pydoc-markdown cli not working

Hi all,
I've been trying to extract docstring from python code to markdown file.
I have the following config:

loaders:
  - type: python
    ignore_when_discovered: [tests]
processors:
  - type: filter
    exclude_private: true
    expression: (name.startswith("test") or name.startswith("get_object")) and default()
  - type: pydocmd
  - type: smart
  - type: crossref
renderer:
  type: markdown 
  filename: test.md
  encoding: utf-8

and running the following command:
venv/bin/pydoc-markdown -v --dump ./pydoc-markdown.yml

The output is basically an empty test.md file
What am I missing?
