PIN Authentication Only

I use the plugin for both iOS and Android. If for whatever reason the user does not have Biometric Configured and only uses a Backup method, can the plugin force the Backup Method without a dialog, once it knows Biometric is not available?

Additionally, what would be the best solution to allow access to the app if the plugin finds that neither Biometric or Backup have been configured?
