Hi, I switched to the G7 a few weeks ago. My first two sensors worked fine without any issues, but now I'm trying all I can to connect to my next sensor and it's just not working. App version: dfcbe80-2024.09.17 Here's what I did:

You don't also have Dexcom app installed collecting from the same device, do you? Are you sure the transmitter ID has no typo? Can you use a scanner to confirm that the transmitter is alive and transmitting? If you see no signal and conclude that something is wrong with G7, you will need to install Dexcom app for 100% confirmation. You should never contact Dexcom just because xDrip does not work. |
