Nightscout master-follower treatment sync

After the Nightly release today, you will be able to see on the master, treatments uploaded to Nightscout by the follower if you choose to.
To make the choice, when you tap on "Download Treatments", you will see a switch called "Skip items from xDrip" enabled by default. Disable that to also download treatments that have been uploaded by another xDrip.

You will also be able to see treatments on the follower uploaded to Nightscout by the master if you choose to.
When you tap on "Download treatments" in the Hardware data source menu, you will see a new switch titled "Skip items from xDrip" enabled by default. Disable it to also download treatments uploaded by another xDrip.

Please report any issues you experience that you don't with the previous releases.
