Ability to Add Host Descriptions for Better Management

I manage numerous proxy hosts and would find it helpful to have the option to add a description under each host. This would allow me to record important details or notes specific to each host.

I think it will be also nice to have option to add labels or put multiple items to group.
When I have multiple records for each project it will be nic to group them or filter them by label.
