fpr_table_cv_summary_memo no longer rendering due to ordering of kableExtra::kable_styling and kableExtra::add_footnote in piped lines of code

This appears to be a new issue related to where the order of when in a sequence of piped code kableExtra::kable_styling is called. From what I can gather if kableExtra::kable_styling is called after kableExtra::add_footnote the table will not render.

Thinking this can be resolved with implementation of #75
