Neverputt resume course

It would be nice if you could select and resume any level in a course (just like in Neverball), not having to play the entirety in one sitting.

It is already possible to instantly jump to any hole in a course; just type in a digit or two (corresponding to the hole you wish to jump), then press ENTER.

Whoa, I had no idea. Probably this should be hinted somewhere slightly since Neverputt doesn't have Help menu like Neverball.

Perhaps it might be helpful if Neverputt had a little manual of its own. Undocumented features are very easy to miss.
