Now that we use Wiiuse, which supports the Wii Balance Board, it should not be too difficult to integrate support for it! I just dusted off my own Balance Board and successfully tested it with the example program included in Wiiuse, so I should be free to test any PRs!

I'm not an expert at C, but I can try making an initial integration, if nobody else can / wants to.
