[Documentation]: Make all tutorials show dynamic outputs

What would you like changed or added to the documentation and why?

This allows us to see the expandable NWBFile object as well as DataFrames.

We need to rename the files plot_x.py and remove the hard-coded outputs.

Can you clarify why this requires renaming the tutorials? Just wondering, because it would be nice to avoid breaking links if possible.
