Provide export_to_<sim> methods?

We currently provide the run_lems_with.. functions that allow users to run the simulation with different supported simulation platforms. In some cases, we only want to generate the simulation platform files and not run them. For this we have an option in the run_lems_.. methods to skip the runs.

Would it be worth adding export_to_.. methods that call the run_lems_with.. methods but without runs, to allow users to quickly export their LEMS/NeuroML simulations into the simulator formats?
