[Bug] Drawer customizations get deleted when creating and moving a new tab or folder

Guidelines

• I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
• I'm on the latest version.
• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one bug.

Describe the bug

When tabs or folders are already set up:

1. Go to Drawer -> Categorize Apps
2. Add custom tab or folder
3. Drag the new tab to a different position (the UI glitches and it doesn't get moved)
4. Go back to the launcher, open the drawer
5. All tabs or folders and relative customizations are lost, the only way to get them back is to have a previous backup

Expected Behavior

The new tab should appear in the drawer
