Disabling system-wide animations causes folders to break and not be usable
Expected Behavior
Folder at least fully opens correctly
Actual Behavior
Folder half opens without the ability to see all icons within it or ability to tweak the folder settings. The apps are positioned "correctly" and you can click non-viewable apps that didnt render correctly
Steps to Reproduce
Settings->Accessibility->Color and Motion->Remove Animations
Open a folder on the Desktop/main screen
Device and OS
Device: Pixel 8
Android version: 14
Launcher version: 0.9.3
Rom: Pixel default

Can confirm this also happens on Pixel 8a, with the same android version, launcher version & rom. If any animations are turned off (either in the setting described in the op or in the developer options) then any apps above 4 in a folder will look like a couple are in a folder within the folder without a way to access them.
(In the image, there are 5 apps in this folder, but you wouldn't be able to tell with animations turned off)
