Action Title: Develop APIs for Settlements Management

  • Create a new file settlements_handler.go in the internal/interfaces/api directory.
  • Implement CRUD operations for managing settlements.
  • Connect the handler to the Echo router in main.go.
  • Ensure proper validation and error handling for all endpoints.
