Currently it's default white - but there's a Color property on the Lamp Component

Can likely copy the selector from the Color tool, for now.

Bonus points if you manage to create a color selector UI, e.g:

It looks like we might be able to steal the editor's version?

If you manage to implement this, make a quick separate issue for the Color tool to receive it too.
