Lhr Unlocked and drops after few hours #391
Comments
Me too, I'm using 3080ti. At first, it can peak at 71mh, but after about 7 hours it drops to 45. I think it's a bug, and the author can add a parameter to deal with it, if the hash rate is lower than the parameter, the mining program should be forced to restart. @nebutech-admin So I'm using the --share-check 8 to temporally tackle this issue. |
I noticed that too with version 39.1. I tried -lhr 68 to sort of revert it back to previous version lhr limit but it will still dropped. Downgraded to version 39 and its back to normal. |
Same with 3060

It its fine on v 39. |
I'm still experiencing the hashrate drop after a few hours with v39 for my 3070ti. hopefully a solution will be found soon |
Try to lower the OC settings, I have notice it's stable after having a
average OC setting

it didn't work for my 3080ti. I set every oc parameter to default and limit the power at 85%, but it still drop to 45mh after a few hours. |
Same problem here. 3060 Ti. Hashrate drops from ~40 to ~20 at a random point in time. Sometimes it can go for hours, sometimes a few minutes. I've scheduled an app restart every hour as a workaround but this is not optimal. A hashrate check auto restart option would be a possible workaround until the problem is resolved. |
Me with 3060 laptop, when i start the miner, i see every time istantly the hashrate decreasing |
I had the same issue with 39.1 3080 lhr, it's fine back to 39.0 now. ps. Hashrate still droped after 2days in 39.0, 471.68. |
im having the same issue in 39.1 but when moving back to 39.0 the lhr mode not working at all. im with nvidia driver 471.11. should i downgrade it for this to work? if so to what version? |
I moved to 39.0 and problem seems to be solved temporarily Edit : after +- 10 hours , it drops again to 22 mhs |
i tried but my nvidia driver 471.11 probably has some issues in 39.0, looked at other threads and it seems that 466.77 also has some issues.. #367 |
I get the same with 3070 LHR |
with the new version seems like much better performance and the issue seems to be fixed so far |
are you using 68 or 69 % ? |
I am using 70 and it’s stable !

70 was not stable for me on the 3070 ti |
On linux 3060 with --lhr 70 barely 32-33 MH even with a decent OC. Any info on when --lhr > 70 will be possible ? |
Hello,
I let default config for lhr (for rtx 3060 ti) and I saw after a few hours that it drops again to 25.
Any idea ?
