No documentation for "accessed at same time of day" history mode

This is missing from the documentation page:

It would also be benificial add brief summaries for use cases that the more advanced modes work well or not so well at. This would be especially useful for "Accessed frequently recently", as even with the formula it's difficult to remember reason the scenarios under which it would do well or not so well.
