"data" route does not list the layer-groups, but there's code that tries to

When documenting, I came across the data route. There, I saw code for markup that loops over what's supposed to be "layer-groups". I believe these are supposed to list the metadata information for the layer groups, but since the change to the layer group service, this no longer works.
