You can find old versions of CUDA toolkit at https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-toolkit-archive and install the needed version manually. I recommend using snapshots (restore points on windows or timeshift on linux) to be able to revert, if the installation fails or the version still does not satisfy requirements.
