[FEA] Remove log file output from qualification tool output

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Qualification tool core tools generate below output files which isn't used by end users/qualx tool.
Consider removing these files:

1. rapids_4_spark_qualification_output.log
2. rapids_4_spark_qualification_output_persql.log

While working on this, we need to make sure:

1. To remove unwanted code which is used to generate the output file.
2. Fix unit tests.
3. Fix integration tests and if these files are used in testing during release
