I'm working on CIfar 10 advanced realworld example : https://github.com/NVIDIA/NVFlare/tree/main/examples/advanced/cifar10/cifar10-real-world

I have a system running and working great with a 64 GB gpu on client. even I still have free GPU memory left, why I can't make it to 65GB in meta.json, local resource.json in each client? It said that " not enough sites have enough resources". Please help
