Rejected Reviews Report

A new Collection Report that displays Reviews with a Rejected status. Can take the form of an editable grid like the Collection Review interface so changes can be made right there, and/or with clickable rows to take user to the Asset Review interface. Filterable to show all rejected reviews that user has access to, OR just the specific reviews they submitted themselves that have been Rejected.

Will be used (and perhaps developed) in conjunction with Home Page Rejected Review Summary widget. Collection Rejection Summary widget will be clickable, opening appropriate Collection Rejection Report.

Reviews now track review status and review evaluation separately. This would allow the report to present different sets of rejected reviews:

• All assigned (those assets/stigs that a restricted user has access to),
• "mine" (ie. reviews the user actually evaluated, and were subsequently rejected).
• All (full users and higher)

Asset Label filtering should also be enabled in this report.
