The metrics_summary step of the gene expression pipeline fails when there are antibody libraries in the pool because their metric_summary.csv files contain different columns from the single cell libraries (specifically they don't contain the Fraction Reads in Cells column). Going to modify the metrics_summary step to skip the antibody library output--I don't think we need them in our aggregated metric summary report.
