Click the forward arrow on your browser
At this step, the URL should change but the content on the screen doesn't change. There are other examples of this, but this is the most basic example of this that I could simulate

If you look at the console, it should say "forward not supported at this time."
Maybe we should revisit that, but since part of Zach's vision for the page stacking includes not just bringing in a new page but a visual continuity to where the person was on the "originating" page, it seemed impossible to go forward.
Technically, I think it's possible, so if it passes @zachwise's design muster, one of us can look into implementing forward button
